    Get rid of trolls/spam but leave the true negative comments. We can’t please everyone and our audience needs to see there are those who disagree.

    Some negative comments should be deleted. There is a difference between censorship and people that don’t deserve to comment.

    I will never recommend deleting a negative comment unless it’s something inappropriate. It sends the wrong message. As social media professionals, we want to encourage feedback in order to aid customer service.
