We just released something inside Fizzle that will forever change the way you build your business. (Is that a little strong?)
Ok, let's lighten it up a bit: the Fizzle Small Business Roadmap guides you through every step of your business, from dream to plan to execution, iteration, quitting your job and picking out the private island that's right for your unique needs.
Got a little carried away there at the end, but we are so proud and excited to launch the Roadmap because getting your business out of your head and into the world in a way that pays for itself and more can be extremely difficult…
… and this Roadmap will guide you every step of the way.
So, we wanted to walk you through the roadmap here on the podcast, sharing all 9 stages and a handful of big insights along the way (like the business pitch in a sentence we get into).
No matter where you are on your business you're going to pick up something important from this episode. So, without further ado, please dive right in and enjoy!

The Top 10 Mistakes in Online Business
Every week we talk with entrepreneurs. We talk about what’s working and what isn’t. We talk about successes and failures. We spend time with complete newbies, seasoned veterans, and everything in between.
One topic that comes up over and over again with both groups is mistakes made in starting businesses. Newbies love to learn about mistakes so they can avoid them. Veterans love to talk about what they wish they had known when starting out.
These conversations have been fascinating, so we compiled a list of the 10 mistakes we hear most often into a nifty lil' guide. Get the 10 Most Common Mistakes in Starting an Online Business here »

Congrats, team! I know this has been a long time coming and birthing this baby hasn’t been easy. It’s so excellent seeing this in real life. I’m toasting to you tonight!
Thanks for the support Val! We can’t wait to hear what you think of the roadmap.
Thank you for consistently pointing out the importance of planning in business. As a business plan writer I hear many critics say that planning is useless and action is all that’s needed. But action without direction is fruitless, and planning provides that direction. Keep it up guys!
Hi guys! Well done on getting this out there. I’ve got to say I was driving along the road grinning like the Cheshire Cat as I listened to this podcast and celebrating the fact that I’m finally on a roadtrip somewhere. So many times as a startup you wonder if you are actually getting anywhere at all, or are those wheels are just spinning aimlessly. The roadmap gives me a great place to pause, to look back and celebrate the miles (or kilometres) I’ve travelled. I can then look ahead to where I am headed to as I am cheered on and encouraged by Fizzlers who have already made the journey I am on. Your passion (yes, I used the forbidden ‘p’ word) for Fizzle and us Fizzlers is always apparent in everything you produce. You genuinely care and I thank you for everything you’ve done to help us. Keep up the tremendous work and God bless your future ventures!
Cool! It’s like a simplified illustration in planning the business structure. Business plans are like the blueprints before construction and implementing it.
Just discovered your website and awesome blog. Thank you so much for providing such great and useful content! Couldn’t have found your site at a more perfect time. I’m start a new business and getting ready to launch my site in the next month. Thanks for all you do! I will definitely be using this roadmap!
